Nature-Based Community Support
This package provides individual, outdoor-based community access and social support, designed around the participant’s interests, pace, and goals.
It’s for people who connect best outside, where things feel calmer, less pressured, and more grounded.
This is not therapy or instruction — it’s supported participation in real-world outdoor experiences.
