This package is designed to support participants to build confidence, independence, and meaningful connection through real-world community activities — at their own pace, with calm and reliable 1:1 support.
Who This Is For?
Participants who:
Want support accessing the community safely and confidently
Experience anxiety, overwhelm, or uncertainty in social settings
Are rebuilding routines, independence, or social confidence
Prefer 1:1 support rather than large or busy group programs
Want support that feels relaxed, respectful, and participant-led
What is Included
1:1 Community Access Support
Support tailored to the participant’s goals, interests, and comfort level, such as:
Visiting cafés, shops, markets, or community spaces
Attending local events or activities
Going for walks, beach visits, or nature-based outings
Practising everyday tasks (ordering food, transport, planning outings)
Building confidence being out independently with support nearby
All activities are:
Participant-chosen
Goal-focused
Calm and flexible
Conducted with clear boundaries and respectful support
